Maggie Grace is an American actress born Margaret Grace Denig in 1983. Her best-known roles include Shannon Rutherford, a character in ABC's Lost series as well as Kim Mills from the Taken trilogy. Maggie Grace, originally from Worthington in Ohio, left high school in order to move to Los Angeles after her divorced parents divorced. Though she struggled financially, her 2001 debut was acting as Rachel's Room's main character. Following her win of a Young Artist Award in 2002 for her performance of Murder in Greenwich of 15 year old Martha Moxley as a murder victim, Grace was able to win. Grace wanted to focus on film after playing opposite Tom Welling's character, The Fog, in 2005. She starred on the screen in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club in both 2007 and Taken (2008) alongside Liam Neeson. Taken 2 (2012), Taken 3 2014 and Taken 4 (2014) were her reprises of these characters. Grace played Shannon's part in Lost for two more episodes, including the finale of the series. Grace was a part of the show's sixth season which ran from 2013 until 2014. She plays Faith a groupie and her muse to the stars who captures the attention of Hank Moody played by David Duchovny. As a member of the Gyllenhaal family She is the child of filmmakers Stephen Gyllenhaal and Naomi Achs as well as the elder sibling of actor Jake Gyllenhaal. As a teenager she appeared in small roles in films made by her father. She also was co-starring with her twin brother on Donnie Darko, a popular cult movie. The year 2002 saw her was featured as a character in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind. She also appeared on Mona Lisa Smile (2003).
